The News Herald, Panama City Fla. October 14, 1992

Entered into Eternal Rest Monday, October 12, 1992.  J.B. Webb, 85, of Rt. 1, 
Altha. died Monday October 12, 1992, at Tallahassee Community Hospital.  He 
was a native of Damascus Ga., and had lived in Altha for the past 14 years 
coming from Panama City.  Mr. Webb was a deacon at Travelers Rest Free Will 
Baptist Church.  Survivors include his wife, Dovie Webb of Altha; daughter, 
Mary Huckaby of Altha; three sisters, Estelle Davis of Winter Garden, Jewell 
Glass of Lake City, Dixie Banks of Orlando; and two grandsons.  Funeral 
services will be held at 2 p.m. today, October 14 from Travelers Rest Free 
Will Baptist Church with the Rev. Jerry Johnson and the Rev. Roger Cosson 
officiating.  Interment will follow in the Church cemetery.  Bailey Funeral 
Home Altha Fla.
