Webb, 89, of Lake City, died late Sunday evening July 1, 2001, at her residence following an extended illness. Mrs. Glass was predeceased by her husband, Hayward Glass, and a son, Donald Glass. Mrs. Glass is survived by two daughters, Agnes Harris of Newport News, Virginia; Patricia Nail and husband, W. E. 'Buddy' Nail of Lake City; a sister, Estelle Davis of Winter Park (Eustis), Florida; grandchildren, Mary Ann and Jim Reimer of Oklahoma, Carolyn Sue and Alex Semiglasow of Texas, Linda Wheeler of Mayo, Florida, Richard and Ann Nail of Lake City, Florida, Steve and Patty Nail of Lake City, Florida, Sonny and Scott Glass and Ginger Fields, all of Tampa Florida; 12 great-grandchildren, and 12 great-great-grandchildren also survive. A native of Balkely, Georgia, Mrs. Glass had been a resident of Lake City since 1979, having moved here from Tampa Florida. Mrs. Glass was a homemaker and enjoyed fishing, sewing, cooking and caring for all of her family. She attended the Watertown Congregational Methodist Church in Lake City. Funeral services for Mrs. Glass will be conducted at 9:00 am, Thursday, July 5, 2001, at the Biggs Memorial Chapel with Rev. J. B. 'Tank' Ogburn Officiating. Interment services will follow at 2:00 pm, Thursday, July 5, 2001, in the Sunset Memory Gardens in Temple Terrace, Florida. The family will receive friends from 5-7:00 Tuesday evening at the funeral home. In lieu of Flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Hospice of North Central Florida, 1900 Florida Gateway Center Blvd., Lake City, FL 32024.
