Mrs. Fred White Passes Monday, Burial Wednesday



Funeral services for Mrs. Cleo Loyless White, who died early Monday evening in 

the Early Memorial Hospital following a lengthy illness, were held Wednesday 

afternoon in the Westview Methodist Church, the Rev. Robert V. Sneed 

officiating.  Interment was in the Blakely cemetery, Manry-Minter in charge, 

and the following serving as pall bearers: Grady, Mark and Idus Brownlee, G. W. 

White, Jr., Bill Hayes and Guy White.



Mrs. White was the widow of Fred White, and the daughter of the late Mr. and 

Mrs. Cleveland White.  She was, born in this county July 30, 1903 and had spent 

her entire life here.  She was a member of the Westview Methodist Church.  

Survivors are one son, Ben White, three daughters, Mrs. Son Jones, Miss 

Kathleen White, of Blakely, and Mrs. Billy English , of Arlington; one sister, 

Mrs. Shelly Simmons, Blakely; three brothers, Julius Loyless, Blakely; 

Standifer Loyless, Donalsonville; Early Loyless, Chadburn, N. C.



*Note*  There was an error in this obituary, Cleo Loyless parents name was 

Grover Cleveland Loyless instead of Cleveland White.
