He was in Comapny E, 25th Regiment. Washington Nobles lived on a plantation on Howard's Landing Road. He is mentioned in the book "Early Joel" Washington Nobles is also in the Early County newspaper in 1877 telling about finding boll wevil about the size of a partridge egg. Additional Comments: Washington Nobles was the father of Richard Warren Nobles. Washington Nobles was married to Sarah White.
