Children: Elizabeth Frank L Hester Anne John H Sr. Nellie Will of John Thomas Williams Georgia, Early County I John T Williams of said state and county being of sound mind and disposing memory, and knowing the shortness of life and the certainty of death and desiring to make a disposition of the property with which a kind Providence has blessed me, I do therefore make this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and annulling all others heretofore made by me. 1. I commit my soul to the God who gave it as I hope for salvation through the merits and atonements of the blessed Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. 2. I desire that my body be buried in a Christian like manner, suitable to my circumstances and condition in life. 3. I direct that all my debts, if any there be at the time of my death be paid as early as practicable by my executrix herein after named. 4. I give and bequeath to my grandchildren, Elias Williams, Thomas B. Williams and Ralph Williams a certain house and lot on the east side of Cuthbert street where they and their mother now reside, and beginning at a point on Cuthbert Street 72 fee North of the north-west corner of T.F. Corrdrays lot-and running East 210, thence north 89 feet, thence west 212 feet back to Cerebrate street, thence south along Cuthbert Street 89 feet to-point of beginning. 5. I five and bequeath to my beloved wife, Sarah r. Williams all other property both real and personal, including money, notes, and account of which aIl may be possessed at the time of my death for and during her life together with all the profits and rents that may arise therefrom. 6. It is my desire and I direct that at the time of the death of my said wife that all my estate be divided equally between my children, Elizabeth Co, Frank L. Williams, Hester Ann Con, and John H. Williams share and share alike-provided whoever each and everyone of them shall be charged up with all advances that I may make, or my said wife after my death shall make to them, or that I may have charged up to them at the time of my death. Provided further that no charges shall be held against any of my said children in the division of my estate prior to the date except $1000 not payable to the First National Bank of Blakely given by John H. Williams, and signed by me as surety. 7. Not withstanding the bequest of items 5 and 6 in this my last will and testament and the directions given there it is my Desiree and I direct that my said wife shall manage my estate as she may live, ever looking the interest of the beneficiaries of this will. She shall have the right and authority to give off a part of my estate to my said children or any one of these, or not-to exceed his or here share of my estate after deducting any an all charges and demands against them as mentioned in Item 6 of this my will. 8. I give and bequeath to Authur Roberts the sum of Five Dollars, and this shall be his whole share in my estate. 9. I constitute and appoint my beloved wife Sarah R. Williams my executrix of this my last will, and she shall not be required to give bond, neither shall she be required to secure or obtain an order from any court to sell any part of my estate, should she desire to do so-neither she be required to make returns of my estate to any court. 10. The property mentioned in item 4 shall not be divided until the youngest child shall reach the age of twenty one years.
