Therefore calling to mind the Mortality of my Body, knowing that it is appointed for all men once to die do make and ordain this my last will and Testament; that is to say principally and first of all, I give and recommend my soul unto the Hands of Almighty God that gave it and my body. I recommend to the Earth to be buried in Christian burial at the discretion of my executor, nothing doubting but at eh General Resurrection. I shall raise the same again by the Mighty power of God and as touching rich worldly estate where with it hath pleased God to clefs in this life. I give demise and dispose of the same in the following manner and from that into say--- First, I gave and bequeath to my well beloved son John Sellers a note of Land on W. James Shook for Twenty Nine pounds also one half of all my real estate. I give and bequeath to my well beloved son Samuel Seventy two head of cattle in my former mark and brand and all the hogs he now claims and as much out of the residue of my estate as will purchased in feather bed with furniture also the other moiety or half of all my real estate. I give and bequeath to my well beloved daughter, Penelope one feathered bed and furniture and all the cattle usually claimed in the family and all the rest and residue of my personal estate after my lawful debts are paid to be equally divided between my beloved wife and children. I do here by appoint constitute make and ordain my son Samuel Sellers my Sole Executor of this my last will and testament and I do hereby utterly disallow revoke and disannul all and every of former testament, legers, bequests and executors by me in any way before named willed and bequeathed ratifying and confirming this and not other to be my last will and testament. John Moore JP John Straham Howell Hines Personally appeared Wm John Straham and made oath on the holy evangelist of Almighty God and declared that he and John Moore, and Howell Hines signed the within Instrument of writing as witness is to the within Will and saw the within named Testator sign and seal the name and his last will and testament and verily believed him to be in his proper minds and memory.
