Georgia, Elbert County) Court of Ordinary September term, 1819, Richard Bond 
Executor of the last Will of Nathan Bond, Senr deceased having ____ to the said 
Will delivered to Elizabeth Bond the sole legatee under said Will the whole of 
the property belonging to the Estate of his said testator and taken his receipt 
for the same and now presents said receipt to this honorable court, a copy of 
which is hereto annexed the same is ordered to be recorded - 
Copy) Georgia  July 8, 1817 ___ Received of Richard Bond Executor of the Estate 
of Nathan Bond Senr late of the county of Elbert deceased all this the property 
belonging to the estate as the same was inventoried agreeable to the terms of 
the last Will of the said Bond deceased as afforsaid E___ by ___

Georgia, Elbert County) Court of ordinary September term 1819 Richard Bond the 
within named Executor appeared in open Court and made oath that the within 
return contained all his transactions as Executor of the said Nathan Bond Senr 
deceased and that the same is just and true.

Additional Comments:
Elizabeth Bond signed her Will on 10 Sep 1823, probated 12 Jan 1824, in which 
she left to sons Joseph and Nathan and the heirs of her daughter Mary Hilly 
[Hilley} $1.00 each; to son Richard C.., a lot of land in Houston Co. drawn in
her own name, plus furniture, etc.  William Bond and Gaines Thompson were named 
Executors and witnessed by Stephen White and James Christian. {Elbert Co. Will 
Book M, page 236.)
