McCalla and Young L.G. Harris, Executors of the Will of Singleton W. Allen (dec.) unto Richard C. Adams, all of Elbert County. By virtue of an Order of the Court of Ordinary, Elbert County, Adams delivered his promissory note for the sum of $3475 dollars, said McIntosh, McCalla and Harris do sell and convey all that tract on Beaverdam Creek, formerly known as Carter’s Mill and upon which is situated a Grist and Flour Mill, joining McIntosh, John W. Turner and Rice by a recent survey of William Davis, Elbert County Surveyor, containing 98 acres. The same belonged to and was vested in said Singleton W. Allen deed at the time of his death. Adams unto Stephen White, both of Elbert County. For and in consideration of the sum of $2200 dollars did sell and convey a certain tract of land lying in Elbert County upon which is situated a Grist and Flour Mill, adjoining William J.
