1853, December 6—This Indenture made between William M. McIntosh, George R. 
McCalla and Young L.G. Harris, Executors of the Will of Singleton W. Allen 
(dec.) to Marcy [may be Mary] Moseley of Abbeville District, South Carolina, 
knocked off to him for $160 dollars and assigns all that tract situate on the 
Savannah River, including the Georgia side of Lucker’s Ferry including a square 
in form, at said ferry landing, containing 1 acres.

1857, January 24—Abbeville District, South Carolina -- This Indenture made 
between Marcy [may be Mary] Moseley of the State and District aforesaid, in 
consideration of the sum of $160 dollars by George M. McCalla of Abbeville, 
South Carolina will sell and release all that tract of land situate on Savannah 
River, including the Georgia side of Lucker’s Ferry on said river and including 
a square in form, at said ferry landing containing 1 acres.
