P. 206 Nancy Booth, Executor, to Gabriel Booth

Georgia: Elbert County; Know all men by these presents that I, 
Nancy Booth, Executor of George Booth deceased late of said County 
have this day for and in consideration of the sum of twenty dollars 
to me paid in hand by Gabriel Booth the receipt whereof is hereby 
acknowledged, do bargain sell & relinquish & forever quit claim from 
me and my heirs to all that tract or parcel of land whereon Nathaniel 
Booth dec'd formerly resided lying on Broad River adjoining
Austin Webb and others containing by estimation one hundred & seventy 
acres more or less and do warrant the same to the said Gabriel in 
peaceable possession forever whereunto I set my hand & affix my seal 
this Twenty eighth day of Sept 1824
