Johns of the County aforesaid of the other part, for the consideration of the sum of forty dollars to him in hand paid hath bargained sold and by these presents hath bargained sold and confirmed unto John D. Johns all his interest or claim to a certain tract or parcel of land lying in the County aforesaid the property of Nathaniel Booth Dec'd whereon the said Johns now lives adjoining Austin Webb and Others containing one hundred and sixty acres more or less to have and to hold his part of land unto him the said John D.
