Moon. For and in consideration of the sum of $500 dollars, sell & convey a parcel of land containing 130 acres known by the name of Glover’s Mill tract, granted John Glover and 30 acres granted John Wilkins, Sr. including to the high water mark of said mill pond on both sides the Middle fork Falling Creek. Registered 16th April 1804 81/16 Elbert County Deed Book J: 42 old mill pond 1804, March 31—This Indenture made between William H. Moon unto John Wilkins. For and in consideration of the sum of $24 dollars, sell & convey a parcel of land on both sides of the old mill pond including the mill pond, containing 44 acres, 20 acres belonging to said Moon.
