1891, November 9--- This Indenture made between Claude S. Bond of Franklin 
County unto George U. Bond of Elbert County.  For and in consideration of the 
sum of $161.25 dollars, sell, convey and assign on undivided ¼ interest in all 
that lot of land adj. Lands of J.H. Partain, R.P. Croft, Thomas H. Powell and 
the Savannah River and containing 93 acres.  Also the same interest in and to 
the island belonging to the Estate of J. Willis Bond and surrounded by the 
waters of the Savannah River and containing 7 acres.
