August 1891—The Court of Ordinary, Elbert County ordered the sale of the Real 
Estate of J. Willis Bond and N.L. Bailey Executor of J. Willis Bond, having 
given notice on the “Star” a Gazette published in Elbert County.  Having 
knocked off to Elizabeth Skelton, Guardian for Bessie Bond, Eurma I. Casan 
formerly Eurma I. Bond of Hart County, Georgia and Georgia Bond as the highest 
bidder for the sum of $645 dollars.
November 9, 1891 executed between N.L. Bailey, Executor and said Elizabeth 
Skelton, Guardian of said Bessie, Eurma, George & Claude Bond.  For and in 
consideration of the sum of $645 dollars did sell, convey and assign in fee 
simple containing 93 ¾ acres. Also one lot of land known as the Island 
belonging to said Estate of J. Willis Bond, containing 7 acres.	with a plat
