For and in consideration of the sum of $723 Dollars, conveyed all that tract of land situate on Broad River, containing 375 acres known by the name of Muckly Ferry and joins William and others. Sold at public auction by Elbert County Sheriff Robert Cosby as the property of John M. Willson.
