1806, December 16—This Indenture made between John Willson [Wilson] of the town 
of Augusta and county of Richmond and survivor of John Willson and James Clark 
(who held joint tenants the herein after described tract of land) unto Elisha 
Brewer of Elbert County.  For and in consideration of the sum of $723 Dollars, 
conveyed all that tract of land situate on Broad River, containing 375 acres 
known by the name of Muckly Ferry and joins William and others.  Sold at public 
auction by Elbert County Sheriff Robert Cosby as the property of John M. 
Willson.
Registered the 21st April 1807
