Brown, D.K. Brown and M.J. Brown, unto George A. Tucker, all of Elbert County. For and in consideration of the sum of $250 dollars convey 41/100 of an acre of land in the 195th District GM at Tucker’s Ferry on the Savannah River. Bounded on the East by the Savannah River, on the North, South and west by lands of the Brown Brothers & known as part of the Allen Place, conveyed to Brown Bros. By deed of Mrs. P.V. Rucker Executrix of J.W. Rucker (dec.) on the 4th day of January 1910 & represented by the attached plat made by F.W. Cleveland, Elbert County Surveyor on March 28, 1810. It is understood that the present road leading to the said Tucker’s Ferry shall be kept open to the public.
