Strawn of the County of Wilkes of one part and William G. Bullard of the County of Elbert of the other part both of the State aforesaid, Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of fifty dollars in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged the said James W. Strawn hath bargained and sold and by these presents doth bargain and to the said William G. Bullard all that tract or parcel of land lying and known by no Sixty Six in the fourteenth district and first section of originally Cherokee containing forty acres more or less which tract of land together with all (?) Singular the rights members and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining the said James W. Strawn binds himself his heirs Executors and Administrators to warrant and forever defend to the said William G. Bullard his heirs and assigns from the claim or claims of any and all persons Whatsoever In witness whereof the said James W.
