Bullard of the County of Elbert of the other part both of the State aforesaid Witnesseth that the said James W. Strawn for and in Consideration of the sum of fifty dollars to him in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath bargained and sold and by these presents doth bargain and sell to the said William G. Bullard all that tract or parcel of land lying and being originally in the County of Cherokee and know as number five hundred and ninety one in the nineteenth district and third section of said County containing forty acres more or less which tract of land with all the improvements and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any way appertaining the said James W. Strawn will warrant and forever defend the said William G. Bullard his heirs and assigns from the claim of any and all other persons whatsoever In testimony whereof the said Strawn hath hereunto set his hand and Seal the day and date before written.
