Bullard of the same place of the other part Witnesseth that the said Madison Hudson for and in consideration of the sum of one Thousand and Seven Hundred Dollars to him in hand paid at (?) before the sealing and delivering of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained sold and conveyed and does by these presents grant bargain sell and convey unto the said William G. Bullard his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of Land situate lying and being in the County and state aforesaid on the water of dry(?) Fork Creek a Branch of Falling Creek adjoining Lands of Thomas F. Willis John Downer John Gunter John W. Gunter and lands known as the Key (?) tract whereon David N. Hudson now lives containing Two Hundred and nineteen and one half acres be the same more or less which may be more fully described by reference to a plat herein (?) annexed to have and to hold said tract of parcel of land unto him the said William G. Bullard his heirs and assigns together with all and singular the rights member and appurtenances thereof to the same in as names belonging to his and their own proper use benefit and behoof forever in fee Simple and the said Madison Hudson for himself his heirs Executors and Administrators the said Bargained premises unto the said William G. Bullard his heirs and assigns will warrant and forever defend the right and title thereof against themselves and against the claims of all other persons whatever.
