Bullard of one part and George W. Dye of the other part both of Elbert County and state aforesaid witnesseth that Thomas B. Bullard for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and thirty eight and 63/100 dollars to him in hand paid by the said George W. Dye the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have bargained and sold and by these presents do bargain and sell unto the said George W. Dye a certain tract or parcel of land containing one hundred and fifteen acres more or less granted to (?) Baker having such courses distances and boundaries as may be seen(?) by the accompanying plat and the appurtainances thereunto belonging unto the said George W. Dye his heirs and assigns forever and the said Thomas B. Bullard will warrant and forever defend the said premises unto the said George W. Dye his heirs and assigns (?) against the lawful claim of myself my heirs & every other person or persons in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and date above written signed sealed and delivered in presence of: John H.
