1842, June 18—This Indenture made between Charles W. Christian unto Benjamin 
Winn.
For and in consideration of the sum of $815 dollars sell and convey 210 acres 
on South Beaverdam Creek known as the Brown Mill tract where said Winn now 
lives.
Recorded 16th day of January 1843
