1822, January 10--- By virtue of the writ of Partition, divide the real estate 
of Christopher Clark (dec.).  Divided and lotted off into seven square parts we 
adjudged most beneficial as follows;
Lot No. 1 containing 130 acres to James O. Clark
Lot No.2  containing 140 acres to George Washington Clark
Lot No. 3 containing 400 acres to Rebecca Clark (Mary)
Lot No. 4 containing 261 acres to Thomas Jefferson Clark
Lot No. 5 containing 261 acres to Samuel Clark
Lot No. 6 containing 261 acres to Christopher Hull Clark, Jr.
Lot No. 7 containing 130 acres to William Davis Clark
On the waters of Broad River and Falling Creek
Recorded 7th March 1826			[with plat]
