Craft, both of Elbert County.  For and in consideration of the natural love and 
affection she has for said James W. Craft, did convey and assign all that tract 
of land lying on the Savannah River joining J.M. Craft, R.T. Craft and Lot # 2 
and known as lot # 1 containing 110 ˝ acres.	With plat
