Beaverdam Creek-Winn’s Mill

1867, July 12—Madison County—Know all men, that I, James Daniel of Madison 
County for and in consideration of the love and affection which I bear to my 
daughter Martha M. Daniel of Madison County.  Do hereby convey one undivided 
fourth of 18 acres in Elbert County known as Winn’s Mill tract on Beaverdam 
Creek, being the tract on which said mill stands together with ¼ interest in 
said mill.
