King, 29 Nov 1826 The following deed appears in Elbert Co., GA Deed Book U, page 159: "Georgia, Elbert County) This indenture Witnesseth that I Thomas Hall of the State and County aforesaid for an in consideration of the sum of sixty-five dollars to me in hand paid the receipt whereof I do herby acknowledge hath granted bargained sold assigned and set over unto Tavener W. Fortson and Francis W. King all my right title interest property claim and demand in and to the estate of Seales Hall late of said county, deceased, to collect receive sue for and for their own proper use and benefit as I by these presents have and do forever relinquish transfer and assign over to the said Fortson and King my interest as aforesaid in the said estate of the said Seales Hall deceased to have and to hold to them their heirs forever In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 29th November 1826. his Thomas X Hall (Seal) mark Test Thomas G.
