Grogan of Elbert County unto Mrs. Leila G. Hobbs of Hall County, for and in consideration of the sum of $200 dollars convey the equity of redemption after payment of the following mortgage leans due to the following parties; Mrs. Nora Jones $184.54, Heard & Swift $50.67, O.W. Heard $39.05, W.D. Jones $62.00, A.J. & A.B. Matthews $18.00, Arnold & Co. $37.19, Thornton & Bro. $16.66, W.M. Wilcox $20.00, Maxwell & Oglesby $13.18, W.B. Adams & Bro. $78.90, S.S. Brewer $42.77, Brown Bros. $7.84, N.G. Long $17.00, A.S. Grogan $150.00, W.J. Matthews $25.00, W.C. Pressley $7.90, P.M. Hawes & Bro. $13.90, Bank of Elberton $52.65. Said land contains 70 & 53/100 acres in two parcels as follows; 64 acres on the North side of Beaverdam Creek adjoining J.H. Grogan, E.M. Rucker, Jr. & Dye Estate and 6 & 53/100 acres on the South side of said creek bounded by S.W. Tate, Mrs. L.G. Hobbs & the S & L Railroad right of way. Said land having been purchased from J.H.
