1911, December 21—This Indenture made between K.P. Normon unto Mrs. Lucy M. 
Gully, both of Elbert County for and in consideration of the sum of $3456.25 
dollars, conveyed 204 9/10 acres in the 144th District and bounded as follows; 
on the North by Pickens Creek and Savannah River, on the East by Savannah River 
and lands of P.L. Seatton and on the South by lands of P.L. Seatton and public 
road and on the West by lands of J.A. Gully, known as part of the Terrell Place 
and described plat made by M.A. Bell on December 7, 1911 made as part of this 
deed.
