For and in consideration of the sum of $500 dollars, sold and delivered one tract of land containing 10 acres lying on Beaverdam Creek, being a tract of land on which Guy’s Mill now stands. Bounded by Isah Hudsons land and Benjamin Brown. Beginning at Browns corner on the said Beaverdam Creek running up the same including half the stream to the mouth of a hollow above the old mill dam, thence up said hollow to said Hudsons land, thence down said Hudsons line to the beginning corner on Browns land.
