Hunnicut of Pickens District, South Carolina and Benjamin Winn of Elbert County, Georgia. We hereby confirm that agreement to build and keep up in co partnership on lands belonging to said Benjamin Winn whereon he now lives on the South fork of Beaverdam Creek, a Merchant Mill to be propelled by water. The said Benjamin Winn to superintend the said mill and to draw for his services, the 1/3 part of the corn, and the ¼ part of the wheat, which, may be received as toll at said mill.
