Sarah N.Haley to Charles G. Moon

Georgia, Elbert County. 
This Indenture made this fifteenth day of February Eighteen hundred 
and Fifty three Between Sarah N. Haley and Charles G. Moon witness 
that said Sarah N. Haley for in consideration of thirty six dollars 
and forty seven cents to her paid at or before the delivery of these 
presents by the said Charles G. Doth hereby convey a Quick claim unto 
the said Charles G. Moon his heirs and assigns a certain tract of land 
or parcel situate lying and being in said county on the waters of fork 
creek Adjoining lands Charles G. Moon and others containing fifty acres 
more of less and the aforesaid Sarah N Hales for herself her heirs and 
assigns, will defend unto the said Charles G. Moon his heirs and assigns 
the title to said parcel of land against the claims of herself the said 
Sarah N Haley or any one claiming under of through her. In witness where 
of the said Sarah N. Haley hath hereunto set her hand and seal.
