S30W46.20 to a Hicory thence S27W15.25 links to a Pine x, thence N22E34 to a Hicory x thence N18E54 chs. to a P.O.x, thence S181/4E30.75 to a P.O.x, thence N713/4E25.70 R.o.x. thence S15E51 to a Pine x, thence N60Wist79 chs. to the beginning P.O.corner adjoining lands of William Penn, Level Page, R. W. Tucker, the Wm. Johnson survey and Harrison Parham land when surveyed containing two hundred and fortytwo aces more or less, which will more fully appear by reference to the plat and grant for the same. To have and to hold unto Martin Deadwyler his heirs and assigns forever in fee simple. And the said John Hall for himself his heirs and H. will and doth by these prsents warrant and forever defend the right and title of the aforesaid tract or parcel of land and premises, and every part thereof from all persons claiming with all and singular the rights members and appurtenences thereunto belonging unto said Martin Deadwyler his heirs and assigns.
