On Head waters of Doves Creek

Georgia, Elbert County) Know all men by these presents that I Willis B. King of 
the said county for and in consideration of the sum of the natural love and 
affection which I have and do bear to Mrs. Nancy Hall mother of my wife Mary 
Jaine, and for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and twenty five 
dollars paid to me the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged have bargained 
sold and conveyed and doth by these presents bargain sell and convey Interest 
to the said Nancy Hall to her sole and separate use, free from the control or 
disposition of her husbvand which may be inconsistent with this deed. All that 
tract or parcel of land situate on the head waters of Doves Creek in said 
county joining lands of John Dickerson, Hiram Nelms, Eppy W. Bond and said 
Willis B. King containing twenty five acres more or less and which will more 
fully apear by reference to a plat of the same hereunto annexed to have use and 
occupy and enjoying the same during her natural life. I hereby reserving to 
myself the right as Trustee for the said Nancy Hall to manage the said tract of 
land for her in accordance with this instrument and best intent of said 
Trusteeship and at the death of the said Nancy Hall the said tract of land to 
go to and vest in the two youngest sons Marion Hall and William and their heirs 
forever. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this sixteenth 
day of February 1856.

Additional Comments:
Mrs. Nancy Hall was the former Nancy Laurimore (Lawremore), daughter of Samuel 
Laurimore, who married Thomas Hall in Elbert Co. on 14 Oct 1828. Willis B. King 
married her daughter Mary Jane on 15 Feb 1856 in Elbert Co.
