For and in Consideration of the sum of $200 dollars 130 acres known as Glover’s Mill tract, 100 acres granted John Glover and 30 acres, part of grant to John Wilkins, Sr. including to the high water mark of the said mill pond on both sides of the Middle fork of Falling Creek.
