Tabor Sally Gobor Martin Deadwyler Recorded this 29th day of January, 1834. Personally appeared before me, Robert B. Christian, one of the Justices of the Inferior Court of said County, Martin Deadwyler, and being duly sworn, deposeth and saith Thomas Oglesby, Sr., did acknowledge the within instrument of writing for the purpose therein contained and believe he was of sound mind and he the said deponent assigned and subscribed his own name as a witness thereto. Sworn and subscribed to before me, Martin Deadwyler this 24th of Jan., 1834. Robert B. Christian, J.I.C. Recorded this 29th day of January, 1834. Additional Comments: Rather than prepare a will, Thomas Oglesby deeded all his property to son Lindsay Oglesby, whose will was filed in Cass [Bartow] County, Georgia in 1843 and shows that he did, indeed, make provision for his brothers and sisters.
