Broad River-James Oliver’s Mill

1836, January 18—This Indenture made between Shelton Oliver unto James Oliver.  
For and in consideration of the sum of $3000 dollars, convey that tract of land 
on Broad River and Doves Creek.  Also one other tract on Broad River until it 
strikes Doves Creek near James Oliver’s Mill All three of said tracts of land 
added together contain 473 acres.
