1843, November 18—Mary Ann Rice and Charles Andrew, her intended husband unto 
Gideon B. Andrew.  For and in consideration of the sum of $10 dollars sell & 
convey 50 acres on which her late husband, Richard Rice died, known as the Mill 
tract.
Recorded 3rd day of January 1845

NOTES:
Richard Rice married Mary Ann Oliver Hudson Rice as his
second wife.  He married her after his first wife died in
childbirth.  The Rice family bible has an entry that Richard
married a 3rd time to a Sarah McCurdney in Nov. 1840,
although I've never been able to find proof of that
marriage.  He died in May 1841.
