This Indenture made on the fourth of February Eighteen hundred and fifty Between William A. Stone of the one part and Henry C. Bradshaw of the other part all of the state and county aforesaid. Witnesseth that the said W. A. Stone for and in consideration of the sum of Five hundred and twenty five Dollars to him in hand paid by the said H. C. Bradshaw the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained an sold unto the said H C. Bradshaw his heirs and assigns a certain tract or parcel of land lying in the state and county aforesaid on the waters of Falling creek Beginning at a R. O running S 17 1/2 E 32. 10. P.O. S 10 W 9.17. Stake N 71. W. 33.70 Hickory N 30 w 11.15 P.O. N 58 W 5.24 ___ N 56 1/2 E 20.13 R O to the beginning corner on Burches & Hammons line containing ninety nine 8/10 acres of land more of less to have and to hold the said tract or parcel unto the said Wm. A Stone for himself his heirs and assigns will forever warrant and defend the right and title to the said land and premises together with all and singular the rights members and appurtenances thereof or in anywise belonging unto the said H. C. Bradshaw his heirs and assigns against the claims of any or all persons. In testimony whereof the said W. A.
