Now being willing to do voluntarly what Equity would Compel me to do in securing to my said Wife suitable provisions for her support out of said estate. I do hereby convey and assign transfer and set over to my said Wife Rebecca Jane Sorrow in trust for her sale and separate during her natural life all my interest in and to said estate of John Snellings deceased, and I do hereby constitute and appoint John P.
