Sorrow To Sorrow


Georgia]        This Indenture of writing Witinesseth that whereas John 
Elbert County]  Snellings late of said County has departed this life 
Intestate leaving an estate both real and personal,                        
which by law will desend to and vest in the widow and   
children of said deceased and my wife Rebecca 
Jane Sorrow being one of the children of said deceased  
will by law be entitled to a part of said estate.  Now  
being willing to do voluntarly  what Equity would 
Compel me to do in securing to my said Wife suitable provisions for her 
support out of said estate.  I do hereby convey and assign transfer and 
set over to my said Wife Rebecca Jane Sorrow in trust for her sale and 
separate during her natural life all my interest in and to said estate 
of John Snellings deceased,  and I do hereby constitute and appoint 
John P. Snellings of said county Trustee under this Deed of Assignment 
to Take charge of said estate and manage the same wisely & well for the 
purposes therein Contained-I witiness whereof I have hereto set my hand 
and seal this 7th day of February 1856----------------------------------
