Wright and James L. Tate, both of Elbert County and whereas said parties are tenants in common in a certain tract of land known as the Ragland Place containing 1500 acres held jointly under the will of W.O. Tate and whereas they have agreed to divide said land. That the hereafter described falls to James L. Tate 721 acres with the Broad River Road being the dividing line, and the remainder thereof has fallen to said Jane M. Wright. Said Jane M. Wright has sold and conveyed her ½ interest in the following tract, to wit, a tract lying in 192nd Dist., Georgia on Broad River; adj. Lands of S.C. Starke on the west, Broad River on the south and part of the said Ragland Place falling to said Jane M. Wright on the north.
