For and in consideration of the sum of $800 Dollars sold & conferred all that tract of land situate on Savannah River containing 192 acres beginning at a poplar corner on the bank of said river running S 28 W 25 chains 50 links to a pine corner, thence S 45 W 14 chains 50 links to a post oak corner, thence running N 38 W 49 chains to a red oak corner, thence running N 55 E 33 chains 50 links to a sweet gum corner on the bank of said river, thence down said river to the beginning. Including the island in the said river known by the name of the round island opposite to the said tract of land.
