Harris Deed Book Q Page 404 State of Georgia ] Elbert County ] This indenture made the 2nd day of December In the year of Our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety between Mary Wakefield of the County of Elbert of the One part, and J.M. Harris of the County of Madison of the other part. Witnesseth, That the said Mary Wakefield for and in consideration of the sum of the sum of Two hundred Dollars in hand paid at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has remised released granted bargained sold and forever quit claimed and by these presents does remise release, grant bargain sell and forever quit claim unto the said J.M. Harris his heirs and assigns all of a certain tract of land situated in Elbert & Madison County of said State lying partly in each of said Counties Adjoining lands of Walt Rice on the East Fed Pulliam on the South Marion Berryman on the West containing Two Hundred and ten acres more or less To have and to hold the said bargained premises with all and singular the right members and appurtenances thereof appertaining to the duly proper use benefit and behoof of the said J.M. Harris the said party of the second part his heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee simple so that neither the said grantor her heirs nor any other person or persons Claiming under her shall at any time hereafter, have Claim or demand any right or title to the aforesaid premises or appurtenances or to any part or parcel thereof In testimony Whereof The said Mary Wakefield has hereunto set have And affixed her seal and delivered these presents the day and Year first above written [ Mary Wakefield (seal) Signed sealed and delivered In presence of us H.
