For and in consideration of the sum of $1500 Dollars sold a parcel of land lying on the Savannah River bounded on the north by John Olivers and Emos Taits land, on the west bank of a branch which divides the said land from Emos Taits land down to said Taits dogwood, thence down said branch as it meanders to a sweet gum corner on John Olivers, on the south by John Paxtons and said Ramberts land to the Savannah River and on the east by said river containing 450 acres whereon Daniel Shaw formerly lived. Except that John Oliver is privileged to use the pine timber for use of his mill on the Savannah River.
