1821, March 6—I, James Watkins, Sr. for natural love and affection towards my 
Son, James Watkins, Jr. convey all my landed estate, a tract on Savannah River 
containing 700 acres.  Also an island containing 330 acres of land, another 
tract in South Carolina on Rocky River and Savannah River containing 200 acres.
Registered 18th November 1821
