Webb, Admr. of the Estate of Clabourn Webb (dec.) of the State of Alabama, Chambers County unto James Oliver of Elbert County, Georgia. For and in consideration of the sum of $3000 dollars convey all that tract of land said to contain 17 acres, formerly laid off by Jesse White to John Webb, adjoining the plantation of which John Webb, Sr. formerly lived. Recorded January 18, 1836 81/22 Elbert County Deed Book X: 46 1836, January 11—This Indenture made between James Oliver unto Shelton White, both of Elbert County. For and in consideration of $3000 dollars convey all that tract of land said to contain 17 acres, formerly laid off by Jesse White to John Webb, Sr., adjoining the plantation on which John Webb, Sr. formerly lived.
