For and in consideration of the sum of $700 dollars, sell all that tract of land lying in the fork of Ceder Creek. Beginning at a red oak corner on Ceder Creek and running down said, along a line marked out by consent of parties so as to allow said Webb the privilege of the shoals in full till said line intersects the creek, then down said creek to the meanders of Ceder Branch of said Ceder Creek. Thence up said creek to the old line, thence along said line to a stake corner near the Courthouse Road, thence along James Brown’s line to the beginning, being part of that land lately sold to said Webb by ______ Gray, said to contain 150 acres.
