1875, March 6—Oglethorpe County—This Indenture made between Thomas C. White 
unto Mrs. Mary A. Olive, both of Oglethorpe County.  For and in consideration 
of a promissory note of $1637.50, sell & convey one undivided half interest in 
one lot of land in the Abbeville Dist. of South Carolina containing 123 acres.  
Also his undivided half interest in a lot in Elbert County, Georgia known as 
the Bowman’s Ferry lot containing 15 acres including the ferry, the mill, mill 
house & waterpower.
