Roeback Thomas Stowers and William M. Barrett Commissioners. Sarah A. Terrell, Widower of Robert W. Terrell, late of said County (dec.) made known to the said court by the petition that as widow as aforesaid, she was entitled to Dower in a tract of land lying on Savannah River containing 780 acres , adj. Lands of William Cleveland, the Estate of Thomas Wanslow (dec.) and lands whereon ______ Ashworth lives. To the Honorable Superior Court, the Commissioners appointed for the purpose of assigning Dower to Sarah A. Terrell, Widow of Robert W. Terrell (dec.), lying on Savannah River containing 780 acres, adj. William Cleveland, Mrs. Wanslow and Robert W. Terrell (dec.), hereby report on the 14th day of November 1853.
