Winn and Benjamin F. Winn unto Benjamin Winn, all of Elbert County. For and in consideration of the sum of $400 dollars, sold and conveyed two thirds of all that undivided tract of land whereon the said Benjamin Winn lives containing 90 acres, adjoining lands of Letty Haynes, the said Benjamin F. Winn, Susannah Smith and said Alfred S. Winn having such lines as appear by the annexed plat. The said land lying on both sides of the South fork of the Beaverdam Creek on which there is a grist mill.
