Winn, Amanda Winn, Daughters and Benjamin T. Carleton, Grandson and Ellen E. Carleton Granddaughter, all of Elbert County. For and in consideration of the natural love and affection and their providing for and the maintaining of me, assigns all that tract of land lying on Beaverdam Creek, adjoining lands of Widow Smith, Benjamin F. Winn and others, being the place whereon I [Benjamin Winn] now reside, together with that on which my Mill is situated with all my right, title and interest in said mill, containing 100 acres.
