Beaverdam Creek-Winn’s Mill

1872, July 16—This Indenture was made between Benjamin Winn, Amanda Winn, 
Martha A. Winn daughters of Benjamin Winn and Benjamin F. Carlton Grandson and 
Ellen B. Carlton Granddaughter of the said Benjamin Winn unto William A. 
Royston of Franklin County.  For and in consideration of the sum of $1600 
dollars sold & conveyed all that tract on Beaverdam Creek being the place 
whereon the said Winn now resides together on which the mill known as Winn’s 
Mill is situated containing 19 acres.
